CELESTE Embroidered Openwork Top in Cyclamen Stretch Leather

CELESTE takes the shape of its cropped bolero and lifts it into couture. Cut in cyclamen stretch plonge lambskin leather with a satin sheen, it rises into a short funnel collar and stops below the bust, shoulders and midriff bare.

The bust, shoulders and long sleeves are worked in three-dimensional openwork embroidery, inspired by antique ironwork and hand-assembled: cords of leather trace a baroque interlace that lets the skin appear between its arabesques. The body is not simply revealed, it is composed, in a controlled tension between presence and transparency. A concealed zip closes the back and holds the piece against the body.

It is an evening piece, sensual and edgy. Wear it over black leather trousers or a high waist for contrast. CELESTE embroidered turns the bolero into a piece of leather jewellery that catches the eye at first glance.
