Where can I find my order?

You can check the status of your order and follow the delivery process at any time by using the tracking code recieved by email. To do this, enter the tracking number on the Track your order page of our logistic partner (DHL outside of France, Chronopost in France).

If you have an account, you can view all the information about your order in your Personal area. If you do not have an account yet, sign up now to benefit from exclusive services.

What is your returns policy?

You may return or exchange any product ordered on within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the invoice.

Simply contact our customer service department via e-mail at team will guide you through the return procedure and address any questions or concerns you may have.

Please be aware that our returns and exchanges policy does not apply to custom-made orders.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Simply contact our customer service department by sending an e-mail to within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

The service will then send you a pre-paid returning label to send the product back to Jitrois. Jitrois's Quality Team will then review the returned item and, if compliant, will proceed with the exchenge or the refund on the very same bank account.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Your refund will take approximately 7-10 business days between the receipt of the returned merchandise and the refund. Once your merchandise has been successfully received, our quality team will review it and you will receive an email notifying you of the total refund amount to be credited to your bank account.

How do I care for my JITROIS products?

To maintain the quality of your piece, we advise handling it with care and abide to the following care instructions:

  • Avoid contact with water, cosmetics, perfumes, and oily substances containing alcohol. If your item comes into contact with water, gently blot it with a soft tissue to absorb the liquid. Allow it to air dry away from heat sources.
  • Prevent prolonged exposure to intense light or heat.
  • Be cautious to avoid scratching the leather against abrasive surfaces.
  • Store your item in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from moisture and excessive heat.
  • When not in use, store your piece in its protective dust bag, avoiding plastic bags.

What forms of payment does Jitrois accept?

Jitrois accepts any type of credit card, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Maestro, Google Pay, bank transfer and PayPal for easy and safe payments. Please note that bank transfer transactions are secured via a secure payment module operated by Shopify Inc.

Where can I find my invoice?

Jitrois issues an official invoice for every order placed online. To request the official invoice, contact by email our Customer Service:

Please note: once the order has been confirmed, you will not be able to change the billing information you have entered.

How long will my delivery take ?

Orders are processed on receipt of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times vary by zone:

  • Zone 1: Approximately 10 working days from order acceptance.
  • Zones 2 and 3: Around 21 working days from order acceptance.

Please note that delivery times serves an indication, being subject to supply and transport availability. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, you may request cancellation sending a written request by email to

For international deliveries, we partner with DHL EXPRESS, while CHRONOPOST handles deliveries within France. Jitrois offers free delivery for all purchases made on the website.

How can I find my size?

The size shown on the item's label is indicated on each product page. The Jitrois size corresponds to a French size (FR). To find the size you are looking for, you can consult the Size Guide section accessible from the footer.
