Stretch leather, the material of the men's wardrobe

Jean-Claude Jitrois invented stretch leather in the mid-1990s, at the end of a journey that began with his father's aviator jacket, a piece inherited from the world of pilots. The lambskin is bonded to a cotton and elastane fibre, 97% cotton and 3% elastane: it stretches, then returns to its shape, with the suppleness of a knit.

Worn by a man, this material follows the shoulder, the thigh and every movement with ease. It allows the house to cut leather trousers as close to the body as tailored trousers, and a jacket with the precision of a made-to-measure piece.

Men's leather jackets and blousons

The richest family of the Jitrois men's wardrobe brings together around fifteen models. The NEO zipped leather blouson, in black or titanium, offers its purest line. The BYRON comes in black, brown, dune and taupe grey; the MERCURY in black and white; the M1 bomber, with its rounded, supple cut, in mineral green and night blue.

The MACUS blazer, in black leather or bronze suede, brings the codes of tailoring to leather. The quilted brown LIAM jacket, the JULES bomber in leather and suede, the CASPAR overshirt in thick stretch leather and the PILLET jacket complete the line. Leather coats

Three coats in black stretch lambskin structure the winter silhouette. The belted, zipped LAYA trench falls to the knee. The MANICUI, a straight three-button cut, falls just above the knee for everyday wear. The JULIAN, double-breasted with four buttons, a large collar and wide lapels, falls below the knee: it is the longest piece of the wardrobe.
