Delivery, Return & Refund

SHIPPING

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment confirmation, noting that the delivery addresses provided by the Client must be complete, as JEAN CLAUDE JITROIS S.A does not deliver to PO boxes. Products sold online or by phone are insured up until their delivery by JEAN CLAUDE JITROIS S.A.

JEAN CLAUDE JITROIS S.A reserves the right to refuse any order from a Client with whom there exists a dispute regarding the payment of a previous or ongoing order.

The usual delivery times are as follows:

  • Zone 1: ten (10) business days from the acceptance of the order,
  • Zone 2: twenty-one (21) business days from the acceptance of the order,
  • Zone 3: twenty-one (21) business days from the acceptance of the order.

Delivery times are given as accurately as possible in business days but are provided for guidance only, as they depend on the availability of supply and transport.

However, if the ordered products have not been delivered within thirty (30) days after the indicative delivery date, the sale may be resolved at the written request of the Client, under the conditions provided for in Articles L 138-2 and L 138-3 of the Consumer Code. The sums paid by the Client will then be refunded no later than fourteen (14) days following the date the contract is terminated, excluding any compensation or deductions.

In the case of special requests by the Client regarding the packaging or transportation conditions of the ordered products, duly accepted in writing by JEAN CLAUDE JITROIS S.A, the related costs will be subject to a specific additional invoice, based on an estimate previously accepted in writing by the Client.

JITROIS delivers to several countries. Deliveries outside the European Union are made on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning JITROIS assumes the export formalities. The delivery service providers for the JITROIS website are DHL EXPRESS for international deliveries and CHRONOPOST for France. JITROIS offers free delivery for each purchase made on the website.

RETURNS

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

Starting a Return Process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging accompanied by the invoice. To start a return, simply contact our customer service by sending an email to customerservice@jitrois.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return requested is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on archive sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days following a written notification of refund acceptance by Jitrois. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@jitrois.com.
