MINORAY is a stretch lambskin leather bandeau corset built using the House’s signature Minoray technique, an architectural construction developed by Jitrois.
Composed of fine strips of stretch lambskin, each element is cut, folded at the edges and assembled by hand onto a supple base. The volume is not added, but generated through construction, allowing the piece to emerge directly on the body with precision and continuity.
The matte surface reveals the structure with clarity, emphasising the rhythm of the construction while maintaining the natural suppleness of stretch leather.
Mounted on the bust, the corset naturally pre-shapes the chest and defines the waist with architectural precision. Its internal lined and boned structure maintains the silhouette while allowing natural movement. The body is supported, never constrained.
At the back, a stretch leather panel follows the body and ensures lasting comfort. The tone-on-tone central zip provides a clean adjustment while extending the vertical line of the torso.
On its own, MINORAY creates a direct, sculptural presence. It moves naturally into evenings, parties and moments where the silhouette takes focus. Layered beneath a jacket or coat, it functions as an inner architecture that structures the silhouette from within. A signature Jitrois piece, where technique, material and form become one.
